A little more self love - Creative journalling workshop (27th Oct)

A relaxed, practical journalling workshop to help you move beyond self-love quotes and start practising self-love in the way you speak to yourself, ask for support, receive and make space for what you want.

Self-love is often reduced to affirmations, candles and bubble baths. But what does it actually look like in everyday life? In this guided creative journalling workshop, we will explore self-love as a practice: how you speak to yourself when you make a mistake, how willing you are to ask for support and whether you allow yourself to receive the things you want.

You will create journal spreads, reflect on practical prompts and choose one self-love commitment to take into your daily life.

During the workshop, you will - 

• Create some beautiful journal spreads
• Explore practical self-love journal prompts
• Learn how to respond to yourself more kindly after mistakes
• Identify where you need more support
• Reflect on what you want and feel worthy of receiving
• Choose one daily self-love commitment
• Spend time creating in a warm, encouraging space with likeminded people

• 🛒 Orders must be placed by 19th October so we can send you your sticker kit
• 📓 Bring your own journal and something to write with — any journal will do!
