4 WAYS TO CELEBRATE GALENTINE'S DAY
Share
1. Send a nice card
If you want to keep it simple and do something lovely - send a card.
It's always great to get a nice card with a lovely message in the post for no real reason - much better than the usual bills and takeaway menus.. Galentine's Day is a great excuse to tell your friends what they mean to you and how much you appreciate them.
We have loads of cards perfect for Galentine's day - you can see them all here.
I also love this card for Galentine's - 'There are too many reasons you're amazing'
Remind your friends to Sparkle and Shine with this card.
2. Host your own brunch...
If you're feeling like going all out, and are in the mood to host a little soirée then brunch is always a great idea! Here's some inspiration from around the internet for dishes and decorations....
Take a look at this ULTIMATE waffle staton from Karas Party Ideas
Dress the place up with pretty decorations like these from Ginger Ray
Treat your friends to some flowers like these! Image from Karas Party Ideas.
A 'rustic chic' brunch table from The Spice at Home.
Whether you like pink grapefruit or not, it does make an amazing table decoration! Photo from Relax Woman.
Get ideas for little touches and elements you can add to your table from Andee Layne.
3. ... Or just go out for brunch
If you aren't a fan of hosting (and coping with all the washing up) why not head out to your favourite brunch spot (or find somewhere that does pink lattes if only for instagram...)
4. Have a movie night with some fancy cocktails and snacks
Have a chilled out movie night that is a little bit extra! Crack out the fizz, make a few fancy cocktails and indulge in some very pink snacks!
How about these super fancy raspberry champagne floats from Cookie Rookie.
If you want to shimmer it up, I love these Sparkle Drops - they come in loads of flavours and add shimmer to any drink. They go particularly well with a G&T or Prosecco! You can pick these up from Hearth and Heritage.
Say it with a cookie from Beau's Little Bakery!
Make or decorate your own doughnuts - like these from Let's Eat Cake.
